Despite being a Children’s Librarian I lament not spending a ton of time reading children’s books. It seems shameful and I often feel guilty for not finding the time. In my attempts to stay current in my story times and school lessons, I try to spend every Friday evening reading and annotating the new picture books that have arrived into my library building.
